All orders received before 1pm (UK time Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
The majority of our products are sent by Royal Mail although heavier items will be sent via courier or direct from the manufacturer.
Free postage & packaging is applied on all orders over £75.00 in the UK.
As you go through the checkout process, your shipping costs will be shown before you make your final purchase.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We keep adequate supplies of all stock, so we very rarely have to do this.
