How To Place An Order Placing an order is very easy.
Browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments but if you would prefer to pay via cheque or electronic transfer please contact us before placing your order
If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please ring 01872 865011 - Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (UK time) and Saturday (9am to 1pm).
Shipping and Handling
All orders received before noon (UK time Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day.
Shipping within the UK is at a fixed amount of £5.99 regardless of the value of your order for first class postage. Please note to ensure next day delivery, you need to order before noon. The majority of our products are sent by Royal Mail although heavier items will be sent via courier or direct from the manufacturer.
Free postage & packaging is applied on all orders over £75.00.
If you order small, light items and the postage is less than £5.99 we will refund the difference.
The cost of shipping internationally is based on the actual cost to us with a minimum charge of £2.98 - all overseas buyers MUST pay via Paypal. No other forms of payment are acceptable due to the large banking fees.
As you go through the checkout process, your shipping costs will be shown before you make your final purchase.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order to you in 2-5 working days. Delivery times within the UK will depend on the shipping type you choose during the checkout process. Delivery times within Europe are usually 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times outside Europe are usually 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch.
Back OrdersIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We keep adequate supplies of all stock, so we very rarely have to do this.
Tax ChargesFor orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card SecurityWhen the order is placed at our website, you will be directed to PayPal where you can choose your method of payment. At no point do we see your credit card or banking details.
