Hot Cold Therapy Pack - Small

Reusable (non toxic) gel filled pack for hot/cold therapy applications.

A cold pack is used to reduce the swelling whereas a hot pack is used to increase circulation to the injured area

Cold Application:

Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to use in case of injury. Approx 1 hour is required to freeze the gel.

Ideal to use for reducing swelling, toothache, temporary relief of headache & reducing fevers.

Hot Application:

Can be heated up either in a microwave or hot water - instructions are supplied.

Ideal to use for temporary relief of muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis & menstrual cramps.

The Hot & Cold Pack measures 13cm x 14cm (5" x 5.25").

Durable, burst and puncture resistant construction.

The pack is disinfectable with commercial disinfectants.
